Wolfpack Training Academy — Terms of Service Last updated: June 2026

1. About Us
Wolfpack Training Academy is a fully registered company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, providing professional in-home dog training services. By booking our services you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total program cost is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the program or as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of notice given.

  • If a client cancels or fails to attend a session with less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged.

  • Wolfpack Training Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to trainer illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a replacement session will be offered at no additional cost.

4. Training Sessions

  • All sessions are conducted in the client's home or agreed location within Abu Dhabi.

  • The client must ensure a safe environment for the trainer and the dog during all sessions.

  • The client agrees to be present or have a responsible adult present during all training sessions.

  • Wolfpack Training Academy trainers use positive reinforcement methods only. We do not use aversive tools or punishment-based techniques.

5. Dog Health & Safety

  • The client confirms their dog is up to date on all required vaccinations prior to commencing training.

  • The client must disclose any known health conditions, injuries, or behavioral history that may affect training.

  • Wolfpack Training Academy reserves the right to pause or terminate a program if a dog displays behavior that poses a safety risk to the trainer, without refund of remaining sessions.

6. Results

  • Dog training results vary depending on the dog, breed, age, consistency of the owner, and other factors.

  • Wolfpack Training Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes. We commit to professional, expert delivery of every program.

  • The client's active participation and consistency between sessions is essential for results.

7. Liability

  • Wolfpack Training Academy is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the client's dog during or outside of training sessions.

  • The client is fully responsible for their dog's behavior at all times.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at www.wolfpackta.com.
