How we help with aggression and reactivity
Aggression is almost always driven by fear, frustration or guarding. Punishment can hide the warning signs and make the problem worse. We find the cause first, then change how your dog feels about the trigger. Serious cases may need a vet check first, because pain or illness can be part of the cause. We set honest, realistic goals at the assessment: a safer, calmer home.
Signs your dog needs help
Lunging or barking at other dogs on the leash. Growling at visitors or children. Snapping when you touch the food bowl, toys or the sofa. Barking at dogs in the lift, lobby or corridor. Biting the leash or turning on you when frustrated.
Our 4-step method
1. Behaviour assessment at your home: we find the triggers and the distance where your dog starts to react.
2. A written plan with safety steps for today: routes, walking times and the right gear.
3. Counter-conditioning and desensitisation: we pair the trigger with something good, starting far away and moving closer only when your dog is ready.
4. New habits: a calm look-at-me, an emergency U-turn and a settle, so you have a plan on every walk.
What a session looks like
Each session is 60 to 90 minutes at your home and on your real walking route, whether that's Yas Acres, Al Reem or Khalifa City. You handle your dog while the trainer coaches you. After each session you get notes and short videos so you can practise between visits.
How long does it take?
Most dogs show clear progress within 3 to 5 sessions. Serious or long-standing aggression usually needs our 10-session Full Transformation program, which includes WhatsApp support between sessions.

Frequently asked questions
Can an aggressive dog be fixed?
Most aggression can be greatly reduced or managed so daily life is safe and calm. We set honest goals at the assessment.
Do you use e-collars or prong collars?
No. We use 100% positive reinforcement. Pain-based tools increase fear, which is the root of most aggression.
My dog only reacts to other dogs. Do I need the full program?
Not always. Dog-to-dog reactivity on walks often improves within a few sessions. We recommend a plan after the assessment.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. We train at your home and on your walking routes anywhere in Abu Dhabi, including Yas Island, Al Reem, Saadiyat, Al Raha and Khalifa City.
